Use of the Revolution Clubwear website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Delivery
When you receive your order, the package will contain a 'dispatch' note. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason. Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 1-2 working days so you should receive your order within 2-3 working days(unless the item is specified as a made to order item, in which case delivery times will be specified on the item description). Delivery times to Europe and the rest of the world will vary. All packages require a signature on arrival at their destination so please ensure there will be someone there to sign for it. We will send items next day delivery at an extra cost - please e-mail or call us before ordering for more information and prices. Please note, Revolution Clubwear are not responsible for delivery times once the item has been dispatched.
Postage Costs
For mainland UK orders postage is £3.99 and free on orders of £100 or more. For European orders postage is £7.50. For orders from the rest of the World postage is £10.00 (all items require signatures at their destination). If ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please also ensure you state what country the delivery is going to as the Post Office require this information on the delivery label. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment
Orders will be dispatched only after receipt of payment. If you would like to pay by postal order or cheque, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you of where to send the cheque and who to make it payable to etc.
Distance Selling Regulations
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days from placement of the order.
Returns
Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Goods must be accompanied by our returns slip which can be found on your dispatch note and must specifiy whether the item is faulty or unsuitable.
- Made to order items will not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty - it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered and/or correct measurements are given to us at the time of ordering, so if you are unsure, please ensure you contact us to check the sizing guidlines for each specific supplier before you order.
- Unsuitable items can only be exchanged or refunded if returned unworn and in its original condition.
- Goods lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage.
Certain goods (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - unless they are faulty.
The customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs for items being returned.
Availability
Revolution Clubwear cannot guarantee that all the items within the Online Shop will remain available indefinitely.
If the item you want is out of stock, please contact us and we will do our best to get it in for you.
Product Descriptions
The products are only suitable for the uses described, any other use is the customers own responsibility. As part of our continuing programme of product development we reserve the right to improve and update products designs and colours.
Measurements
These are given where appropriate and are approximate. All product measurements are available from customer services. Suppliers each have their own sizing guidelines. To check these before you order, please contact us (by e-mail in the first instance) and we will endeavour to help you choose the correct size. When ordering made to order items please ensure you contact us before ordering if you are unsure which size to order. These items are non-refundable if the sizing is incorrect, so it is extremely important that you choose the right size.
